Refund Policy

When you cancel Hostrever hosting services, not all payments will be automatically refunded. This article explains the circumstances under which refunds will be issued and what payment methods are eligible for a refund.

Hostrever has a refund policy for products purchased within certain time frames and under specific conditions. Some products may be refunded if canceled within the specified refund period, while others have different policies or requirements for a refund. Additionally, some products may not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Please refer to the refund terms below for more information on the specific refund policy for the product you have purchased

1. STANDARD REFUND TERMS

The following hosting services are eligible for a refund:VPS, Dedicated Server, WordPress Hosting. However, Cpanels and Domain registration fees during initial purchases or renewals are not eligible for a refund.

Once 30 days have passed since the start of using one of our services, no refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be granted once the account is closed.

Refunds are only available before closing your account. If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it before closing your account. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to receive a refund, regardless of the terms outlined in this refund policy.

At Hostrever, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. In order to ensure a fair and efficient refund process, we have established the following refund policy:

  • Hosting services (including shared hosting, VPS, Dedicated Server, and Wordpress) can be refunded if cancelled within the first 30 days of opening the account. This applies to monthly and annual plans, as biennial and triennial plans are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cpanels and Domain registration fees during initial purchases or renewals are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds must be requested prior to account closure. Once an account is closed, refunds are no longer available.
  • Refunds are not valid for dedicated servers, administrative fees, custom software installation fees, cPanels, ISPmanager, SSL certificates, or domain name purchases.
  • Special promotions, promo codes, or special links are also non-refundable.
  • If a plan includes a free domain name and is cancelled within a year, a standard fee of $16.99 for the domain name will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will be automatically processed back to the original credit card that was used towards the fees.

2. Shared Hosting / Wordpress Hosting

  • Shared hosting plans can be refunded if cancelled within the first 30 days of opening the account.
  • This applies to monthly and annual plans, as biennial and triennial plans are not eligible for a refund.
  • The refund will be automatically processed back to the original credit card that was used towards the fees.
  • Payments made via cryptocurrencies, check/money, or western union orders cannot be refunded once cleared.

3. VPS/ Dedicated Server

  • Refunds are not available when canceling a yearly, biennial or triennial VPS / DEDICATED SERVER hosting plan.
  • Offer valid only for the first package purchased for billing accounts less than 30 days old.
  • You can cancel your hosting plan within the first 30 days for a full refund.
  • if you pay upfront or added funds to your Account Credit Balance the amount cannot be refunded after using any of our servers for 30 days.
  • Since Hostrever offers free rack installation for all of our dedicated servers, therefore Refunds are not available when canceling any contract period of any of our Dedicated hosting plans.
